Description (partial)

Symptom:
There is a software component on ASA CX and PRSM devices known as the Event Server. This component is responsible for processing network traffic events and generating reports. If the Event Server were ever to get into a state where the component is alive but not responsive (not processing events), it will remain in that state until an administrator manually restarts the services or reboots the device.

Conditions:
