SYMPTOMS
This CDETS is opened  to track progress on VOSS Bugzilla 21761:  
When enabling extension for UC Central, AA On validation is performed incorrectly

When enabling extension for UC Central, AA On validation is performed incorrectly
The following transaction error is thrown:
Details:
145051 Request Failed     AddInterwiseClient
    =>  Entered at: 2013/08/15 08:40:38 EDT  
      The extension [XXX] may not have the Auto Answer feature for UC Central.
    => Started at: 2013/08/15 08:40:38 EDT
          => End at: 2013/08/15 08:40:39 EDT

Prerequisites:
1.FG with AA enabled
2.Set AA On at device
3.Turn AA Off

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enable UC Central for ext where AA was previously ON

Expected Results:  
Since AA id Off, line shoul dbe enabled for UC Central

Current USM Version: 8.1.0+er6
Current Platform  4.4.1+0.4.300
