Description (partial)

Symptom:
Some Java applications do not work properly when the WebSecurity client is 
enabled.

Conditions:
1. The AnyConnect WebSecurity agent is configured to inspect traffic destined 
to TCP 443.
2. The Java application makes HTTPS requests using IPv6 (this is the default 
behavior for Java 7 running on a Windows 7 system)
