Description (partial)

Symptom:
Account locked in UCM & LDAP if reconnected with wrong credentials when policy set as 'account locked when input wrong credentials more than 3 times'

Conditions:
1.Set credentials policy as 'account locked when input wrong credentials more than 3 times' in UCM or LDAP
2.Log in Jabber & UCM,then sign out
3.Reset End user's Password or reset password in LADP,then sync in CUCM
4.Re-sign in Jabber
5.Network auto reconnect or sign out /re-sign in for 3 times
