Description (partial)

Symptom:The next-hop attribute advertised to an iBGP vrf-lite CE peer for a route learned by eBGP vrf-lite CE is overridden to self address.

Conditions:1. This problem only happen when using address-family ipv4 vrf.
2. Both ebgp and ibgp vrf-lite CE must be activated under "address-family ipv4 vrf"
3. Route learnt from ebgp vrf-lite CE is being advertised to iBGP vrf-lite CE.
