Description (partial)

Symptom:
Changing the local label on an existing static (no signaling) Any Transport over MPLS (AToM) pseudowire, or changing the static pseudowire to a dynamic one (with LDP signaling) may cause traffic to fail to traverse the pseudowire.

Conditions:
This symptom is observed when either the configured value of the static local label is changed, or if the pseudowire is changed to a dynamic one.
