Symptom:
Cu Mobile(Calling number : 61420373324)>> CUBE SIP >> CCM >> Desk Phone(19148295756) >> CFA to VM (unity connection) >> Caller Input 2 (AutoAttendant) >> Unity transfers the call to 17038578662 (SIP REFER) >> CCM Route Pattern (RP:9.1[2-9]XX[2-9]XXXXXX)>> SIP CUBE >> PSTN

1)       After Refer from UNITY, CUCM is sending INVITE to CUBE  with

Diversion: <sip:7038578662@10.11.128.11>;reason=unknown;privacy=off;screen=yes

2)       Customer is expecting here +19148295756 (desk phone)

3)       With the current behavior CUBE is blocking the calls as +19148295756? is not a part of their DID(wrong Diversion header number, the call is eventually timeout/rejected by the
PSTN)
