Description (partial)

Symptom:
Discards TX seen on FC trunk port which is part of san-port-channel after hot-swapping "UCS-FI-E16UP" on a "UCS-FI-6248UP".This causes traffic loss.

Conditions:
Hot-swapping "UCS-FI-E16UP" on a "UCS-FI-6248UP". The issue happens only if we have FC ports from san-port-channel distributed across base board FC ports and GEM "UCS-FI-E16UP" FC ports. Also the discards happens only on trunk ports of the GEM.
