Symptom:
Client Manger beomes unresponsive at roll of production day.   Client Manager becomes responsive after secondary cache sync finishes.

Conditions:
at roll of production day client manager starts the sync process, during this time the client manager is unresposive and does not become responsive until the secondary cache sync finishes.
