Symptom: H323 gateway and trunk can have same IP address which leads to routing conflicts. One of the devices will fail to initialize while ccm process is starting up. Conditions: Same IP Address used for an H323 Trunk, and an H323 Gateway(non-Gatekeeper controlled).
