Description (partial)

Symptom:
When <CmdBold>"snmp-server enable traps snmp"<noCmdBold> parameter is disabled in Active ASA
(that parameter is enabled in default),
<CmdBold>"no snmp-server enable traps snmp"<noCmdBold> command is no longer reprecated to Standby.

In case of initial synchronization (when enabling <CmdArg>failover<noCmdArg> command in both firewall),
<CmdBold>"snmp-server enable traps snmp"<noCmdBold> parameter still remains in the running config of Standby ASA.
But in case of config synchronization just after boot sequence,
<CmdBold>"snmp-server enable traps snmp"<noCmdBold> parameter is not existed in the running config of Standby ASA.

Conditions:
This activity is confirmed in any release of ASA Software version 8.2, and also 8.4(7).
