Description (partial)

Symptom:
bluetooth audio source icon remain after turn off bluetooth device

Conditions:
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
=============
-pair iphone with bluetooth device
-provision app
-go to app settings>turn on bluetooth
-make a voip call from app>verify bluetooth audio source is available for the call>end the call
-turn off bluetooth device
-make a voip call from app again>observe audio source button
-go to voicemail tab view>observe audio source button

RESULT
==========
-for in call view, still see bluetooth icon for audio source, but after tap to open the menu, the audio source is actually 'iphone'; for voicemail, the audio source button appears as if there is blueooth audio source for selection. (see attached screenshots)

EXPECTED RESULT
==========
-when bluetooth device is turned off, should not show bluetooth icon for audio source selection
