Description (partial)

Throwing warning message during the PTP master configuration

1.	Configure PTP in SLAVE mode and have ToP configured as the network clock source.
2.	Under clock config remove slave clock port configuration and try to configure master clock port, this throws error as ToP interface not yet removed. This is expected.
3.	Come out of PTP config and remove ToP as network clock source.
4.	Under PTP config remove Master clock port and reconfig back as Master port. We see the Warning again.
