Description (partial)

In the following scenario :

< --1st media leg-- >CUCM software MTP< --2nd media leg-- >

When the negotiated DTMF is RFC 2833 on both the media legs.

Whether or not the first packet received on the 1st leg, has Marker bit set to True, the CUCM MTP always remarks the First packet sent on the 2nd leg to Marker Bit set to True, instead of passing through.

The MTP Invoked is CUCM software MTP and the call is a redirect call.
