Symptom:
Details:
The UC Service Management page doesn't show the UC Service listed if the PBX
name contains spaces.

Prerequisites:
1.  Requires a CCM (PBX device) which contains spaces in the name.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  On PBX Device Management, select the CCM which has a name that contains
spaces.
2.  Click the Service Profiles button
3.  Click the "Add UC Service" button, and add any UC Service
4.  Click the "List UC Services" button to view your newly added UC Service

Actual Results:  
The newly added UC Service does not appear on the list of UC Services 
(on the /bvsm/iptippbxmgt/service_profile/list_uc_services.cgi  page), if the
PBX name contains spaces in its name.

Expected Results:  
All UC Services should show in the list.

Workaround Available: Unsure


Note to dev:  The "mod" UC service page also needs to be looked at (the UC
Services list contains links to modify each UC Service).
