Symptom:
Details:
GIVEN that a location has an IP phone registered, WHEN attempting to register a
MGCP analogue port using the same ext register to a phone (a shared line),
validation fails as below


Prerequisites:
1. location registered phone
2. MGCP analogue gw assigned to location
3.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. attempt to register the analogue port using the shared line
