Details:
Error occurs when adding an Analog SIP Gateway using fast-track

Prerequisites:
1. Configured Location

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Network >> IOS Devices >> Add
2. IPPBX Connect SIP VG2xx Analog Gateway
3. Fill in values
Actual Results:  
Error (see below) encountered when moving to 3rd screen of fast-track

Expected Results:  
Gateway configured successfully

Workaround Available: No


Software error:

Undefined subroutine &bvsm::show_location_device_pools called at
/var/www/usm/perl/bvsm/iptiosdevicemgt/ft_ios_device_form4.cgi line 1798.
