Presence not change to 'On a call' after network reconnected

Conditions:
Steps:
1.Place a call to a user
2.My presence is 'on a call'
3.Network switched and reconnected 
4.Call preservation and call recovered
5.My presence is 'Available' 

Expected result:
My presence show as  'On a call' after network reconnected when on a call
