Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cisco IOS and Cisco NX-OS software contain a vulnerability that could allow an authenticated, local attacker to poison the LISP map cache on the router 
configured as an Ingress Tunnel Router (ITR).

Conditions:
This symptom occurs when an attacker has a privilege 0 local access to the ITR and executes <CmdBold>lig<noCmdBold> commands.
