Description (partial)

Symptom:
The License Utilization Hourly Report is not visible in HRC, but is in CUIC

Conditions:
When a customer tries to run the License Utilization Hourly Report in HRC after seeing it in the HR User Guide.

- UCCX 9.0 with HRC enabled.
