Symptom:
Lipsync issues can be observed when endpoints are connected to the TS and FEC is being used on the video channel.

Conditions:
ClearPath must be negotiated and in use on the call. It is more prevalent on low bandwidth calls (<1Mbps) or when packet loss is not consistent.
