Symptom: while executing telnet tests. We configure "vty-pool default 0 99 line-template vty" and then run script to establish a telnet sessions to consume all possible telnet sessions determined by vty-pool. as we do this we encounter an issue of where there is an artificial cieling of connection per process on LWM Layer. This leads to leads to sysdb_mc crashing. This is a scale issue impacting telnet connectivity this can be easily reproduced by establishing telnet sessions on system running IOS-XR NG 500.38I Conditions: on system running IOS-XR NG 500.38I, we configure "vty-pool default 0 99 line-template vty" or any We run a script that establishes telnet sessions, that are all active simultaneously. A the while attempting to consume all configured vty-pool. This will lead to consuming connections on LWM layer.
