Description (partial)

Symptom:
An AP's radio may stop transmitting packets (including beacons).  After some time, it may begin working again.

A log message similar to the following may be seen on the AP:

%DOT11-2-RESET_RADIO: Restarting Radio interface Dot11Radio1 due to transmitter seems to have stopped

Conditions:
802.11n radio (other than a 1600/700/1530.)

The AP radio has changed channels 16 seconds before it stops transmitting.
