Description (partial)

Symptom:
Traceback in context of process sending message to L2VPN.
The traceback is harmless and is simply pointing out that the attempt to cleanup and re-send is impossible since the peer is gone.


Conditions:
RSP switchover or process crash, while message sent is in-flight.
Traace back occurs as sending process tries to clean up failed transmission, but remote peer (L2VPN in this case) has disconnected/disappeared.
The message version mismach triggers a harmless Traceback.
