Description (partial)

Symptom:
During RTGs migration from 7600 and ARS9000 , ASR5000 stopped receiving nOSPF adjacencies. To restore it, it was delete OSPF configuration and configured again.

Conditions:
When finished the activity the customer have saw SAE-GW/LTE wasn't processing call, while GGSN and others equipment (Ericsson, Nokia,...) were working fine.
