Symptom:
API is Getting negative values when setting entry exit values

Conditions:
After successfully setting the entry and exit values for interface statistics filter with higher than "2100000000" through the apis onep_interface_statistics_filter_set_entry_value,onep_interface_statistics_filter_set_exit_value.
The api's onep_interface_statistics_filter_get_entry_value onep_interface_statistics_filter_get_exit_value are getting negative values.
