Description (partial)

Symptom:
Migration from CUP to CUCM fails. Voicemail profile configured on CUP prior to upgrade is not visible on the GUI on the CUCM after upgrade.

Conditions:
1. On version 8 you create a Voicemail Profile with a special character outside of the following set: [a-zA-Z 0-9._-]{1,50} and inside of the following set: []a-zA-Z0-9 !#$'()*+,./:;=?@[^_`{|}~-]{0,128} for example myProfile@#!

2. You upgrade CUP to version 10. Upgrade will pass because the bigger set is what CUP supports on both version 8 and 10.

3. However, when the data from CUP starts to be migrated over to CUCM, migration will fail with the following error:
41317 UC Service Name has invalid format. It should contain letters, space, numbers, dot, underscore and dash. Min length is 1 and max length is 50. Regular expression used to validate:^[a-zA-Z 0-9._-]{1,50}$ gen41317
