Description (partial)

Symptom:
"Default Line Mask" field is misaligned in VOSS selfcare portal. It is aligned to the right, while all other fields in the same section are aligned to the left.

Conditions:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to selfcare port
2. Click "My Phones" menu
3. Click the link to one of the phone belong to the user
4. Click the first "Line 1" tab

Actual Results:  
"Default Line Mask" field is aligned to the right.

Expected Results:  
"Default Line Mask" field is aligned to the left.
