Description (partial)

Symptom:
A customer on 7.0.1 was requested to look at some video for an investigation, but was only able to find video from the day before, although the archives showed as running. This caused a P1 escalation, which found that the only issue was just that the ntp client on the media server was in the dead state, and the time on the media server had drifted by a day.

Conditions:
NTP client on media servers dies or is stopped for some reason
