Description (partial)

Symptom:
If you log off Jabber, but not close it, after your SSO token expires when you click the sign in button you get the screen shown below. It does not expand and is very annoying. Issue was duplicated 2x.

2. Jabber does not resize for Password incorrect window.

2nd issue: The SSO window repositions its self after signing in, I assume because of the attempt to resize for the SSO screen even though it s not displayed with these quick reconnects.
