Description (partial)

In CRS or ASR9K routers having CGSE/CGSE+ or ISM modules, these Line cards may show up as "FAILED" (or in a state other than OK or "App Ready") state. This could be noticed in the output of "show platform" command. If this issue is not fixed, all traffic that requires NAT44, NAT64 or DS Lite processing will be dropped.

If you examine the output of "show running-config", it is noticed that the configuration line items "hw-module service cgn location <location of CGSE/CGSE+ or ISM>" is missing

1. The CRS or ASR9K router has CGSE/CGSE+ or ISM modules.
2. The Software is upgraded to 4.3.1 or 4.3.2 from a previous version
