Symptom: An SVI might remain in a down/down status even though there are active spanning-tree forwarding ports. Conditions: The conditions are very specific: - VPC needs to be configured; - The SVI must be used for the peer-keepalive; - The vlan of the SVI needs to be allowed on the Peer-Link; - A Reload needs to occur; - VPC will not form due to keepalive allowed through Peer-Link (This is expected as VPC Keep-alive cannot cross any VPC infrastructure such as a Peer-Link); - The respective vlan is removed from the Peer-link and VPC; - The vlan will still be down. - The output of show system internal interface-vlan info vlan X | i error shows "error=0x41b7002a"
