TCL Scripts may not be ran on a new VTY and rather reuse existing VTY sessions, making it more difficult to control commands a TCL script may have access to

Conditions:
This has been observed on 15S based IOS releases, but may affect other releases.

15.3T based IOS releases are not affected.
