Description (partial)

Symptom:
When ISIS is configured to operate in a VRF and the ipv4 address-family is subsequently removed from that VRF, an error similar to the following is seen:

Following this, further attempts to re-add the ipv4 address-family to the VRF will fail:

Router(config-vrf)#address-family ipv4
% Deletion of vrf v1 ipv4 unicast base topology in progress; wait for it to complete

Conditions:
ISIS operating in the context of a VRF.
