Description (partial)

~ 100 us of traffic drop during scaled flow learning at IMIX or lower traffic rates matching
flow aware UBRL / CAC classes

Traffic profile should have 1000s of flows and all incident on NP port hosting
the flow aware policy (ingress / egress) simultaneously causing large scale flow learning.
Relatively high traffic load of about 90% linerate at 256 B pkt size would be required to
make the transient drops visible.

The more the PPS on the NP, the more would be the push back drops and discards as NP
load goes higher
