Symptom: When user wants to send PRT and go to the send PRT window, the "To" field is empty and no log attached. Conditions: Steps: 1. Input account and continue; 2. Input an invalid pwd and sign in; 3. Tap "Send Problem Report" to go to send PRT page. Actual result: 1. Only title field is auto filled in, other fields/content stays empty.
