Description (partial)

Symptom:
The problem happens when the BGP configuration contains a template with an address-family sub-config followed by a global address-gamily config. When copying the BGP configuration to the running-configuration, the parser cannot distinguish between the two address-family configurations. As a result, it will print syntax errors:

Conditions:
e.g.:

feature bgp
router bgp <AS>
  template peer IBGP
    remote-as <Remote-AS>
    description IBGP Peers
    address-family ipv4 unicast

      next-hop-self
  address-family ipv4 unicast
    network A.B.C.D

switch# copy bootflash:testconfig running-config
Syntax error while parsing 'network A.B.C.D
