Symptom: CVP Call Server may not indicate the "Partial" status correctly. If the server status is Partial, it still reports as "UP". Conditions: When the call server status is moved to Partial in the following two cases: 1. ICM PG disconnected from the CVP Server. 2. CVP Adminstrator issues graceful shutdown of CallServer when system has active calls.
