Description (partial)

Symptom:
Session manager crashes are seen after the customer upgraded their node to 14.0 ( 51375 ) ASR5500.
The software upgrade was done to include the fix for the bug CSCug42459 which was hitting the customer, when it tried the migration on the node for the first time.

Conditions:
Session manager crashes.

Call is connected for longer duration and during this time period(22 hours and 48 minutes) there were many un-reported containers present in sub session as there was no trigger in between to generate intermediate CDRs.
Max-losdv is set to 1 so each container will be reported in a single CDR. There is a recursive call of generate_cdr function to process unreported containers present in a sub session which is resulting into stack overflow
