Description (partial)

Symptom:
DEPI sessions go down.

Conditions:
M-CMTS
The primary  Gigabit port of the 3G60 is connected to the switch.
The Tengigabit port of the same switch is connected to the EQAM.
The secondary port of the 3G60 is either direct to the EQAM or uses a different switch.

The primary switch is reloaded. The active path is the backup link.
When the primary switch comes up again, the Gigabit port comes up faster than the Tengigabit port.
