Description (partial)

Symptom:
Controller was accepting the SysRq Magic key on the console. This would allow even an unauthenticated user having access to the serial console to unconditionally reboot the controller from the SysRq menu.

Following will be the SysRq menu that pops up on entering the magic key
SysRq : HELP : loglevel0-8 reBoot Crashdump tErm Full kIll Dump showMem Nice showPc show-all-timers(Q) Sync showTasks Unmount shoW-blocked-tasks

Conditions:
All released images.
SysRq magic key given from the Serial console
