Description (partial)

Symptom:
below error seen when configuring same ipv6 link-local address for GLBP on different interfaces (physiacl or SVI)

BGL.K.19-6500-2(config-if)#glbp 1 ipv6 fe80::2
% Address FE80::2 in group 1 - interface Vlan10

Conditions:
when same ipv6 link-local address is configured on more than one interface (physical or local)

 glbp 1 ipv6 FE80::2
 shutdown
 ipv6 address FE80::1 link-local
