Description (partial)

Symptom:
iPhone or iPad AnyConnect client may fail to connect with the following syslog on the ASA. 

%ASA-3-751013: Local:198.51.100.85:4500 Remote:198.51.100.88:62010 Username:cisco Failed to process Configuration Payload request for attribute 0x702c. Error: Platform errors

Conditions:
This problem stems from the License feature for mobile clients being disabled. Use the 'show version' command to verify your ASA's AnyConnect for Mobile License.

AnyConnect for Mobile             : Disabled       perpetual
