Cisco Bug: CSCui96584 - schedule a meeting below minimum password length

Symptom: IPPS service can not schedule a meeting with password if user makes a mistake and tries to enter the meeting password that is below the minimum system requirement length Conditions: Set up on system configuration -> meeting configuration "minimum password length" = 4 On user setting set up meeting password required = yes On IPPS menu select "Start reservationless" meeting and enter a password that is 3 character long . System will output an error message "Meeting password provided it too short" Go back and try to schedule a meeting with more than 4 meeting password length the system will output the same message again and user will not be able to schedule a meeting. Expected: Users is displayed a proper saying meeting password is too short and can schedule a meeting with minimum password length. Actual result: System displays a wrong message and user is not able to schedule a meeting even with the password that is following all the requirements.
