Description (partial)

Symptom:
Not able to Import user profiles using Bulk administration tool.

Conditions:
Go to user management->user setting ->user profile ->Add new and create profiles .
Then  Go to Bulk administration -> Import/Export -> Select Export ->Select user Profile .
Enter a valid file name and run immediately.
Go to job scheduler and check for the status. It should be success. 

And  second is 
Go to Bulk Administration -> Upload/Download->Download the tar file exported.
Go to Bulk administration->Add new -> Add the tar file downloaded.
Delete the existing User profiles
Go to Bulk administration -> Import/Export -> Select Import.
Select the file from the drop down and run the job.
Go to job scheduler and check for the status.And check whether the user profiles imported successfully.  

The job run is giving error.And not able to Import the user Profiles.
