Symptom: Following the Customer Onboarding guide for enabling Presence does not result in attaching the SIP trunk to the Unified Communications Manager service parameter "Presence PUBLISH" trunk. Conditions: In the Customer Onboarding guide complete the step below: "Connect IM and Presence Service cluster to Unified Communications Manager"
