Description (partial)

The video-input loss alarm is active on the MFP board while valid input is present.

The issue is typically triggered after an input loss occurred on the input board. Periods of out-of-spec PCR jitter and or PCR discontinuities can bring the MFP channel into a permanent video-input-loss state, also after the correct and compliant input is restored.
