Symptom:
Absolute timeout and logout warning configuration is listed before the line configuration in the running config:

clock timezone ABC 0 0
  absolute-timeout 0 <-- This line should be under line vty
  logout-warning 20 <-- This line should be under line vty
no terminal log-all
line console
  exec-timeout 0
  terminal length 24
  terminal width 80
line vty
  session-limit 16
  exec-timeout 0
