Expected video content is replaced by a blue screen with a banner message:
Your television does not support HDCP on the HDMI input.  Please disconnect HDMI cable and use Component outputs.

An HDMI sink (TV, monitor, amplifier, etc.) is connected to the D9865 HDMI port AND the HDMi sink is switched off
