Description (partial)

Symptom:
IPPS does not have Castilian or Chinese(Taiwan) language set up on system.

Conditions:
Title: IPPS does not have Castilian or Chinese(Taiwan) language set up on system.


Set on the system configuration -> Usage Configuration 2 languages to Castilian and Taiwan.
Reboot the system and on a user that is set up for IPPS services set up one of the languages mentioned.
On the IPPS menu select to start a meeting and when the system calls the phone, voice prompt are not in Chinese or Castilian they are in English.

Expected: Castilian or Chinese should be heard on the IPPS menu.

Actual result: English is heard for the 2 mentioned languages.
